How to Order Wholesale from Linderella'sQuilt Design Studio: To place a wholesale order, PRINT OUT THIS FORM, fill it out and mail it to the address below. If you wish, you may also fax this form to (910) 295-5174, or Email the information requested below to orders@linderellas.com. Your order and the total wholesale price plus shipping will be confirmed via Email or telephone within 24 hours. For payment, either fill in your credit card information below or choose Net 30 days for payment. If choosing Net 30 days, an invoice with the total order amount plus shipping will be included with your shipment. Only U.S. funds are accepted. If you have questions about placing an order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@linderellas.com - we return all email inquiries within 24 hours. Thank you.

Note that our fabric kits are only offered to retail customers, but we'll be happy to provide cutting instructions or information for quilt shops to supply their own versions of fabric kits.

Shipping & Handling Charges: All wholesale orders will either be shipped Priority Mail or United Parcel Service unless another postal method is specified below. Shipping charges will be invoiced at actual cost with a minimum shipping charge of $4.05 per order.
